It will rain in the Philippines in the next 24 hours with Easter and North East monsoon or Amihan, Pagasa said.
At 4 p.m., the State Meteorological Bureau said in a bulletin that Easterlies or hot winds from the Pacific Ocean would bring clear skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms across Palawan, Bicol region, Visayas and Mindanao.

Meanwhile, localized thunderstorms will cause isolated showers in partly cloudy skies over metro Manila and other parts of Luzon.
