After posting a complaint on his social networks claiming he was the victim of a robbery at a City hotel, accordion player Juan Mario de la Espriella asked authorities for additional responsibility; However, the artist was known to be the leader of a ‘Covid-party’ in a nightclub north of Barranquilla, which involved police and Covid patrols.

The video shows Accordion Player violating biosecurity protocols and violating social distance rules by attending an event that exceeds the permissible capacity.

Because of this violation of the sanitary rules established to prevent the spread of the corona virus, the authorities began to inspect the place and they decided to suspend the party during the operation.

Officials at the commercial establishment also found that many of the participants had not used the mask properly.

Eventually, it was realized that the authorities had repeatedly called on citizens to avoid crowds and not to comply with biosecurity protocols, remembering that they could be allowed.
