The federal government is planning to build four eight nuclear power plants in Brazil. The mining and energy ministry confirmed today.
"The National Energy Plan 2030 (PNE 2030) provides four to eight nuclear power plants in the country and expected a publication by 2050," he said.
Only two nuclear power plants operate in the country. Agra 1, 2, is 1.2 percent of national power generation. The Ministry claims that the Ministry is committed to completing Agra 3 and does not provide the consumer with the expenses.
