One man killed a man and injured four people when he boarded a yoga center on Tallahassee on Friday, the local police chief said, adding that the shooter was also killed.
"By circa 1747, the Tallahassee police had been called upon to shoot, and when they arrived, police found many victims who were shot down," said Michael Delio at a press conference.
He added that emergency care "gave five victims to nearby hospitals", but one of them was injured in the hospital.
"The other four victims are critical at this stage," he said, "to identify them and inform their families.
"The armed man was killed after he probably pointed himself to his gun," the policeman said, adding that no man was identified at 19:30 local time (2230 GMT).
Delio said, "At this stage of the investigation," each indicates that this action is performed by one person. "
